Hello everyone! This is an introduction of me!

My name is Jasper, I am a teenager in the midwest. Please use he/him pronouns when referring to me. Thank you!! :D

I love reading, writing, and any type of visual art. I, myself, have read and written of poetry, and it has become one of my favorite things. I believe that poetry is a very special form of writing, since someone can interpret it one way and the other person could think of it in a different way. As for visual arts, I enjoy sculptures. I really like sculptures because I know that there is always going to be a story behind them! I am a big fan of Claude Monet's and Frida Kahlo's art. I love The Lighthouse at Honfleur, and Bassin d'Argenteuil, both by Monet. I also love Self-Portrait with Thorn Necklace and Hummingbird, and Portrait of my Father Wilhelm Kahlo, both by Kahlo.

My current (top five) favorite literature in this order are: The Outsiders, Flowers for Algernon, The Tell-Tale Heart, Checked, and The Giver. I wish to read these pieces of literature soon: 1985, Animal Farm, Fahrenheit, Of Mice and Men, and Cujo.

I'm interested in learning different languages, such as: Scottish Gaelic, French, German, Spanish, Vietnamese, Russian, Latin, and Esperanto! I have 6346 XP on Scottish Gaelic right now on Duolingo, and I have a 222 day streak, which is really crazy to me; I didn't think I'd be able to hold the streak up that long. Anywho...

I play the Bb Soprano and Bass Clarinet, and I am in my school choir. But I like band more than choir. I really wish I could play piano and flute, but I just haven't had time for those, yet. One of my favorite instruments (aside from clarinet) is the cello and upright bass. Sadly, I don't have the opportunity to play those instruments since my school doesn't have them.

Some of my favorite films on television are Steven Universe, The Owl House, The Garfield Show, Modern Family, Hereditary, and Evil! I honestly don't watch tv much, so I don't know exactly what I like, but I know for sure I like comedy.

For anyone who does want to be friend but is hesitant to, don't worry! I'm very opened minded about LGBTQ+, therians, otherhearted, furries, etc.! I'm pretty sure I'm animalhearted. I'm also librafluid and omnisexual!

Anyways! That's a few things about me! I might be active on here a lot, but feel free to ask some questions and I'll try to answer as soon as possibly!
