i'm meeting up with a friend later, and he asked if we can go grab something from mcdonalds, but i've been boycotting for more than a year. I tried explaining it to him but he really insists and i don't wanna seem overdramatic. Does anyone have a good excuse to not go??
I geniunely would be so embarrassed even being seen going inside.

i mean the bare minimum you could do is just decline eating but agree to go, you don’t even have to mention the boycott. you don’t really need a reason to decline eating fast food since i’d argue it’s kind of obvious as to why someone may not want to put that in their body… but if he insists just say you aren’t really hungry for mcdonald’s but you’d love to join him
