11 Actionable Political Resources ✍️

1. LEGISCAN: Go to the bottom of the page, choose your state, and read some of the bills they have planned. It is imperative that we pay close attention to what our state government is or isn't passing to capitulate or resist the Trump Admin. 

2. 5CALLS: Call your reps in DC about issues that directly affect you and your neighbors. You'll get a call template that shows you what to say.

3. 50501 Event Page: This event page shows current and upcoming demonstrations. You can find online, national, and state-level gatherings to join.

4. r/50501: More information about demonstrations plus by the minute updates on time-sensitive actions, especially involving your DC reps.

5. r/ProtestFinderUSA: This subreddit also has information about various protests and demonstrations that aren't necessarily connected with 50501.

6. Find Your Congress Members: If you don't know who to email AND call, find your reps here.

7. Congressional Bills: Read through some of the national level bills so we can all keep one another alert and aware of who and when to call and write.

8. Tips for Calling State Reps: This is my blog with some information I gleaned on contacting representatives. 

9. Tips for Emailing Your State Reps About Various Topics: This was a template I authored. It's a little outdated now, but it gives you an idea of how to write to representatives. 

10. Open Secrets: Use due diligence with this one, but it can show a corporation's political leanings. It isn't always accurate. 

11. Goods Unite Us: Due diligence needed like the above link. It also shows what your favorite stores and brands do politically.
