Can one be rich or have money and still be a socialist?

Theres a big misunderstanding I see in the left wing of politics namely in the west. This is the belief that one cannot acquire property. start a business. or become wealthy and still be a communist. this is a complete sabotage tactic to the perception of what communism to meant to be used in ones life.

Consider this. If one is looking for a place to rent. would you rather rent from a capitalist landlord? or a communist landlord. communism is not a doctrine but merely a way to analyze the outer world and its contradictions. a communist would look at the conditions he has to afford a place to rent out. would not be renting to seek profit but to give mutual aid. they would more than likely use more of the rent money to improve the living conditions of the tenants house as he can see fit. as he sees the world as impermeant and in flux. he is not seeking profits and exploitation. he is aware of the power imbalance as a landlord and acts in the interest of the tenant. this is considered praxis as he is being a traitor to the landlord class of the united states who seek to maximize profits. not the living condition of the place. the tenants under the capitalist landlord would be in constant struggle with each other. the tenant would have to beg plead and struggle or be uprooted entirely or be under threat of the police who protect the interest of the landlord. they would have no safety of home they will have to be exploited for maximum amount of rent for the minimum amount of cost of upkeep. most of the time its the tenant who improves a property and is not paid fairly for it. a communist landlord as seeing the world as impermanent would have no need for static planning and profit charts they would analyze the material conditions of themselves and the tenants and work with the tenants under the banner of mutual aid they would trade skills with each other they would help each other in their struggles under solidarity against the capitalists around them. we need more commie landlords to have land in america. and create a network of landlords and property owners who can afford entire complexes. we need class traitors in the rich class to act in the interest of mutual aid and not profit motives and exploitation against the people whom they rely on.
