SpaceHey Merch and what id like to see

I would 100% support the Spacehey site, I already have, but it would be neat to have some merch as well! 

"But wait, doesn't this site already have merch you can buy???"

yes...

I don't doubt the quality of the merch or the designs they have. They were probably going for a more Facebook/old social media merch type angle. The type of shirts and caps tech company employees would wear to conventions. I just don't think that this matches the audience spacehey currently has. I think if they really leaned into the nostalgia of old school myspace or tumblr along with the plain logo designs they would get more people interested in buying the merch. Or maybe just include things that are very popular right now like pins, patches etc. (I would personally love a magnet). Like if they made a patch,pin, or magnet of just the plain red supporter badge I would buy the shit out of it. It's so obscure that only people who are on spacehey would recognise it, or something stupid like a "give 2 Kudos" sticker with a cursor clicking on it yk? something I could stick on the back of my laptop that people would ask me about.

"Oh! Its a reference to this really cool website Im on that is a resurrection of old myspace but better. You can even customize your profile like in the old days!"

"Oh wow I didn't know that was a thing whats it called?"

etc etc you catch my drift. 

I feel like these types of merch items would sell better because it doesn't feel like you are wearing an advertisement. But maybe that's just me. 

Note: I ordered stickers to become a supporter but never received them, very sadge, but I'm fine with it since I'm supporting a site I love. BUTTTTTT if any spacehey employees see this and like my ideas (not likely but who knows) I would love any sample you make HAHHAHAHAHA (just kidding.....or?)
