Can i even find clothes as a 5ft girl?

I have such a hard time finding clothes, im 5ft tall wearing small or medium size, i've seen this youtuber who's two yearls older than me and is also 5ft tall and has really cool clothes but i dont even know if my mom would say yes, its pretty expensive (bc its good quality obviously) (most of her clothes are from collabs and shes in a better financial background) and i dont wanna live above my means :(
