mental health

honestly for the first time in my life i have a normal sleep schedule ..its so weird to go to bed at 8-9am and wake up at 6-7am i really hope it stays like this cause my mental health has been doing a lot better and i just hope it finally stays this way! i feel like im slowly becoming a person in the world again. sometimes my head is a scary place and even if its just for a few days its nice to feel like at least something is getting a bit better ..♥
