Rather, the network allowed the show to quietly slink away under a dark cloud of controversy, In its original 17 seasons, the show—a reality competition in which plus-sized people competed to lose the most weight—was deeply problematic. The reason the orangutans require rescuing is BECAUSE of the destructive farming of palm nuts! When the MTV reality series Jersey Shore debuted on December 3, 2009, it quickly became a cultural phenomenon and iconic in pop culture that was both beloved and despised. It followed self-described young guidos and guidettes — depending on who you ask, terms of Italian pride or ethnic slurs — through a raucous, boozy summer in Seaside Heights, New Jersey. They tanned, they smushed, they conquered. And more importantly, they became a family. Jersey shore The show aired on MTV from 2009 to 2012 and followed the jersey shore gang as they traveled from New Jersey to Miami to Italy all to do the same thing — drink, fight and tanning salons — over and over and over again. This process then repeats each week until the finale where Bret must decide which of the two remaining girls will be his girlfriend, Reality TV Has Got To Stop Using Black Women As Dating Show Props Bret Michaels was NOT attracted to Black Women, Finding love on reality TV has gained popularity within the last decade, leading to a wave of new dating shows For Black women on these shows, however, establishing romantic connections is significantly more difficult than it is for their peers of other races. For many Black women who decide to look for love on reality television and dating competition TV shows this statement rings true. Over the years, we’ve seen Black women take love into their own hands by competing on shows like The Bachelor, Love is Blind, Too Hot to Handle, Love Island, and more. For a while, Black women weren’t even represented on these dating shows Black women are not an afterthought, a prop, or a tool used to hit a diversity quota. Brittanya Razavi from VH1's Rock Of Love Bus With Bret Michals, Has been accused of exploiting people for financial gain, She allegedly takes 50% management commission from them, The Lawsuit suit, filed by attorneys on behalf of a group of OnlyFans models, alleges that Brittanya, violated an agreement and took The plaintiffs' earnings and instead placed all earnings into defendants' own bank accounts. The complaint further alleges that after Brittanya's management was terminated, she sought to sabotage the onlyfan's models by refusing to turn over passwords for the plaintiffs' OnlyFans and Instagram accounts, removing content from their pages, and filing false DMCA takedown notices, A filing in August in a federal sex-trafficking lawsuit alleged that Brittanya Razavi, a 39-year-old former reality TV personality and star, manipulated and coerced financially desperate women into making corn for OnlyFans, and then stole most of the profits. Fenix International, OnlyFans’ British parent company, is also named as a defendant in the suit, and accused of having “a business partnership” with Razavi that “facilitated her exploitation” of the two women. One of the women was a Las Vegas showgirl when the pandemic struck and made her jobless, according to the suit. The other was an immigrant who had been kicked out of her adopted home as a teenager. Razavi “groomed” both of them, finding them places to stay and making “extravagant promises of fast-cash and ultimately, wealth and fame if they would create OnlyFans content under her management,” said the suit.
