What about the brown, Jewish, immigrant, who spoke against the powerful and wealthy makes them think. "Oh, he supports Trump and his 1% friends." This is what I am so baffled by, the minute someone tells me they are a Trump supporter I lose all respect for them, because that reveals all I need to know about your beliefs, bigotry, and "intelligence".  What part of the Bible says Jesus was a white, capitalist, who hated all minorities? I am genuinely asking! We as a country are CATAPULTING into a fascist oligarch with forced rules based on the manipulation of the Christian faith and nobody seems to give a fuck. It's so easy to turn off your phone and ignore but you are choosing to be dangerously ignorant. Silence against violence is contributing to violence. I have had to change telling people what I follow religiously I no longer say "I'm Catholic" or "I'm Christian" I now say "I'm a follower of Christ" (NOT THE CHURCH) In the last eight or so years churches have turned into so much MORE of a political playground, a Pastor can take a verse from the Bible then manipulate to preach whatever right-wing view he feels. "Christian values" at it's core should be "love thy neighbor" but the evil demons of the right have made it into "homosexuality is an abomination" and "abortion is murder, beat your wife, its okay as long as you repent" And this is not to say that the church was EVER preaching true Christianity , the church has always been doing some FUCKED shit. But back to my point I think most right-wing Christian's have not even read the Bible let alone ACTUALLY READ and adhere to the teachings. If Jesus was to come back today how do we all think that would play out? A JEWISH, PALESTINIAN, IMMIGRANT. Like I am so sorry to say but we all know he would NOT fuck with y'all.
