The fascist reality of an oligarchy - 1/22/25

So Trump has been sworn in, and a lot has happened already. 

Before even being sworn in, he was credited with saving tiktok, topped off with a message from the app itself. Meta has accounts made for both Instagram and Facebook on tiktok, Shou took "CEO" out of his bio, and there is now a 75 day delay on the tiktok ban after the government literally ceased the apps servers for 14 hours for the American people. It is with no shadow of a doubt, that this was done for a PR stunt, which might have been all for nothing because we are going to be asking the same fucking question about the ban that we just got done asking about the app to begin with.

With yesterdays inauguration, there were a lot of things that came to light. And one of the many things that was confirmed immediately, was his association with The Heritage Foundation; within the first half hour of his speech, he addressed nothing about the housing crisis, the food prices, or anything that his following was gaslit to believe that he actually cared about. Instead, he decided to stand on stage, terrify every race that isn't white, and proceeded to attack transgender people, and not just children but adults as well.

With the confidence of signing orders and removing orders, this party supports and stands on a Nazi salute by simply stating it is the "Roman salute". But there seems to be a bit of confusion. The Roman Salute, known previously, as the Bellamy Salute, was actually what we used to salute the flag until congress made a law that it would NOT be used anymore, as it looks too similar what was used in Nazi Germany. From there, it was changed to over the heart during the pledge, due to similarity of such a deplorable gesture.

It is still excused. And that's not even the most alarming part of the current events that have taken place in the last two days. He pardoned all the criminals that injured and even killed those officers in cold blood. Officers who have been impacted by the event are now seeking out protective orders against those who have been released and let free of these domestically violent actions. Families of the prisoners from January 6th have stated their fears of facing personal danger and concerns with safety upon release. 

The day before his inauguration, he pulled the whole tiktok stunt, and now it turns out, that "ban" was just the government forcing itself into being half of tiktok, by purchasing half the algorithm, thus making the app feel weird after, on top of the fact that him and JD both, bought followers.

On the night of his inauguration, which was also MLK day; in the first 30 minutes he attacked every race other than white people, endorsed the eradication of transgender people of ALL ages, and not once decided to elaborate on a plan to tackle the homeless crisis, the food prices, federal minimum wage being the same since 2009. Nothing that his following swore he would immediately address, did he actually touch with a 10 foot pole. He really just said he was going to ruin families that came here for a better chance at life. He stated gender is determined at conception, and that he will rewrite ruling to establish that along with only recognizing two genders federally. As we speak, the reproductive health website has been removed, and more horrifyingly, our constitution has been removed from the white house page. We have also been pulled from the World Health Organization. 

I am still trying to get over the initial shock that people CLAPED for Elon after the salute, which he had done TWICE?? Germany and Holocaust survivors are telling us to be scared and leave if we can. That is not reassuring that the native trans man will be safe in a fascist oligarchy like the one we are entering.
