I.C.E RAIDS

Before an immigration raid happens you SHOULD:

1). Gather all of your important documents

2). Let a trusted family member know where to find them

3). Talk with your family about what to do if you or someone in the family is detained by ICE

4). Have parents of children in the family give the child's school a list of trusted adults to pick up the child in case the parent/s are detained

5). Consult with an immigration attorney 

What should you do if I.C.E comes to your door?

1). Don't open the door if they don't provide a valid warrant signed by a judge (ask them to slide it under the door)

2). Remain silent / You have the right to not speak 

3). Don't sign anything without consulting an attorney

What happens if ICE comes to your work?

1). Remain calm

2). Don't provide false documents and don't carry them with you

3). Don't attempt to interfere with an ICE officer

4). Tell them you'd like to speak to your attorney

5). Don't sign anything without speaking to an attorney

6). Keep important numbers with you

7). If ICE detains you and you have children at home, inform ICE
