I find it funny how people are obsessed with an app that anyone could do on any other app. I understand the perks, like spreading awareness or getting viewers to learn more about what is happening in the world such as crimes, news from the government, and other subjects but just to watch content? There's no need to go to another foreign app and be racist or use discrimination against them because you can't understand the language they're speaking.

If the people are letting you in their app and are being affable about it then give them that same respect/energy. Don't get me wrong, Tiktok was helpful to have but there are so many apps on there that are so much better and much customizable to your liking. Like Spacehey, Tumblr, Everskies. ETC. You shouldn't have to spend an entire day watching videos on a "soon to be gone" app as if it's your number one priority, and if you want to move apps like a thousand other people then do so but don't spend time wasting your hours watching content to the brim as if it's someone slowly dying. 

The majority of these kinds of people are chronically online so I'm not going to be worrisome about that.

If you are switching apps (doesn't matter what you go on) please spread awareness and situations to help others. The news doesn't always show everything.
