attempted murder in serbia

us students in serbia have been protesting for almost 2 months because of the death of 15 people in novi sad (a city in serbia where roof of a train station fell on top of the people). it has been such a devastating time and yesterday when people got together for 15 minutes of silence, some man has hit a girl with his car and she was ON THE SIDE WALK. thankfully she is not in the life threatining condition but she will be traumatized for a long time. we will not be silenced, this was an attempted murder and he didnt even stop the car he just continued driving. we know that he was ordered to do so by the goverment. this cannot keep happening, the abuse is getting worse and worse every single day. they hit us, shove us while we peacefully protest and now they are trying to kill us. this has been the most heartbreaking months of our lives and something needs to change.
