Adjusting from Meta to non-Meta

I know I stated in my first post that I was not going to make this page purely political, and while I do stand by that;

I would like to make it clear that my page is not immune from political posts, and blurts that contain thoughts and opinions on current events.

I am finding myself in a seamless transition from meta to other platforms. Saving photos has been pretty simple, and everything or most of what was posted is backed to snapchat, which is not owned by meta. The only thing that has me in a chokehold is trying to save voice messages from my father since he passed away. 

With that being said, I am so sick and tired of hearing "but how will we message you?" You can message me with a text, snapchat, or the other meta alternatives I use, and if you don't want to maintain contact with me past meta, that is on you.

It's not the 19th, which is when I personally, will do my part in boycotting all meta owned products, services, and apps. The new political climate is too heavy, and no one seems to remember (or care) that meta (Facebook specifically) got sued MULTIPLE TIMES for SELLING OUR DATA TO CHINA impacting a total of 533 MILLION USERS. To which impacted users were compensated FIVE DOLLARS??

In anger of losing Tiktok, and the new hateful policies of meta, I eventually may even delete the overall account. I seem to find that I am not minding these newer apps, and snapchat is still a thing anyway. So no, we really don't need meta or twitter in any capacity. 

And just so we know, snapchat also has clips, and no its not the same, but its not instareels and it isnt the facebook shorts, so that counts for somethin.
