BAL:R Phase 4 is going well! J1, K1 are already done and compiled and L1 is on it's way!

UIFBL Part IV is going well too, H3's subs are finally complete but i still need I1 to be done to compile it all, so yeahhhhhhhh

No big news of ATMFIO just yet, none for ADDUML+, other stuff...

STTE is going slow and steady, it's not priority just yet
