The reptiles live in dirty pools of water without sunlight or emergency veterinary healthcare, With crocodile farming a huge demand for water and land, management of water waste, pollution from tanning, and the risk of disease that comes from keeping these animals in intensive captivity as well, As with any other skins transformed into materials for use in fashion, crocodile skins must be tanned.
