I Lovee the 2000's to early 2010's take on games and their graphics :D just looking back at borderlands 2, dying light, skate 3, tony hawks pro skater, gunz and so many other gems from that time frame and they were all so awesome and perfect!!!!! I hate how now it has to be super high definition so much so that ill get sick watching someone play a game from 2016 and up if it's got good graphics. Anyone relate? :P

Newer games now seem like copy and paste of each other these days. I love older games and their graphics too

older games had to strive to look as good as they do so a ton of thought went into how theyd look, whereas newer games can achieve a "better" result easier with less optimisation, so most games pursue big fancy graphics over looking good. I think rdr2 is one of the few games that achieves both the fancy graphics and visual appeal, that game is bloody beautiful. another good example is nintendo, since theyre still stuck on bad hardware they really try to get the most out of
I agree! rdr2 is beautiful in graphics and game play, i feel as with rockstar they know how to make a game have an atmosphere rather than a feeling and I feel they tie that in with the graphics and design of the map in general. with gta5 even though when it came out on xbox360 it looked like crap (God I miss modded lobbies with money drops) it still felt like when you were driving through grapeseed you were actually in the countryside of a western state while on the contrast the city of los santos feels very crowded and cramped like irl cities. rockstar is easily one of the best games dev ever.
