A glitch blinkie

There is a glitch blinkie on my profile. When I made it in a blinkie maker website, it looked innocent at first: "an apology type expression from a Deviantart emoji" with a text 'If you notice my mistake, I will fix it".

For some reason, it changed into a scary image: <img src="https://blinkies.cafe/b/blinkiesCafe-D2.gif"/>

Perhaps, I forgot to save it as a gif, but, maybe, there is another reason for that...
