no one cool lives in my city...

I see so many people having fashion meetups and it looks so fun... how do they do it??? I live in a very big city and I'd expect at least a few j-fashion/subculture girlies in the same city as me. ive seen some goth/scenmo people a few times at  the mall I go to and ONE girl wearing c-fashion (Chinese fashion) but thats it, and they're all older teens... theres no online communities for my city unless you count reddit but everyone on reddit is like ... 20-30 years old... obviously im not meeting up with people online unless I know them very well and ive done video calls etc with them but I cant even find subculture people near me AT ALL . cant find a group to do urban exploration with either,,, how do y'all do it #notcoolio #notswag
