I'M FUCKING MENTALLY UNSTABLE!!!!!!!!!!

   TW: SELF HARM/SUICIDE my grandma just yelled at me because we were trying to figure something out and i was trying to tell her that the seam of the thingy was a certain way and it should be one way and she yelled at me for no reason when i hadn't yelled at her at all and i screamed and hit the wall breaking the wall (i didn't punch it; i just smacked it) and made my hands red and i cried and my mom yelled at me for smacking the wall even though she didn't know i broke it (it was fixable, so i fixed it before she saw it) and both of them got in my face; yelling at me and i told my mom what was happening and she just told my grandma the way the thingy goes and didn't fucking apologize for yelling at me or anything. neither did my grandma. i wanna fucking jump off a 1,000 foot tall building. and i thought today was gonna be a good fucking day. it was fucking not. i also cut myself today. i cant get a fucking break and i haven't seen my therapist in 7 fucking months. I'm a fucking loser and I'm useless.        Also, my mom fucking voted for Trump; the fucking asshole trying to take away my fucking rights.
