A Case For Reparations
There are contracts signed dated and verified for slaves and these contracts have as much if not more scrutiny than Treasury Bills at the time (or dollars for that matter, since 1972 there has not been a difference so the argument that reparations should be pegged to the dollar is another thing).
Ok so basically we're a fraud of a country if we pronounce people innocent before guilty. Approximately a lot of people have had their relationships and jobs torn from them because of a charge of a DUI. This is unethical let alone hampers the economy since there are innocent people being charged with a crime and having their lives railroaded. A class action lawsuit in each state follows.
Federally, the implications for this are dire for the judicial system also but more prescient is federally no one would countenance such a distribution of reparations for jobs lost (literally ppl can prove how much money they lost and others can prove it indirectly)
more prescient then becomes the reparations for slavery. it's in the contracts. so you're to tell me treasury bonds accrued in value in these peoples estates since 1865 and you cant even with estate taxation which is crude and uh-state based!! but if you want a middle ground there you have it - tax the generations at estate levels
I'm simply telling you what you know already There are official slave contracts with $ associated with them with courts of the state and government associated with them yet if ur white you get to have your granpappy's Treasuries but if your great great grandpappy was a slave with the same type of contract with the same fiduciary authority then you get nothing.
I call bullshit.
