how does it feel to be programmed by a lossy currency

I see many of my friends, or their mutual friends, speak a lot about money and how much better of a world it would be if they just had more of it. 

most surface level people don't understand money to it's fullest. they think it'll get them everything they need and when they have that money, they'll be extremely happy. I'm sure some simple minded people are happy about money and about just having it/spending it. but the thing they don't realize is, if you're fully dependent on money to make you happy, you are now fully dependent on whatever makes you that money. whether it's your parents or job. you aren't fully independent on your own if you are dependent on your money. if you have no parents/job, you'll have no money, then have no happiness/enjoyment. 

find enjoyment in something that you have control over. once it's gone, you're not sure that it's going to be back.
