you are the "main character" and the "npc"

people walk around, breathe, eat, talk, think. there are millions of people who do all of those. the same things you might do, they're doing the same thing. you see your family do those things. you see you friends do these things. but what about when you don't see them? when you're all alone by yourself. who is the "main character"?

you go to the park, listening to some jams, enjoying nature, walking. you have your own thoughts, but you can't see anyone else's. you just think to yourself about what they do in their lives; what they think. but really, all to you, they're just another person in a world of billions. replaced as soon as you take your eyes off of them and spot another one. you are the same to them. you are essentially no one to them. in your eyes, you are the main character and they are the npcs. in theirs, you are the npc and they are the main characters.
