Just finished my last first week of school and hated it.
This Friday (yesterday) we had senior sunrise.
If you don't know what that is basically you come to the school at like 5 and watch the sun rise, get breakfast and do a ballon release. Sounds 'fun' right?
But i didn't go cause i wasn't abt to waste 20 dollars (yes you had to pay to be apart of it) to look at the sun rise while eating breakfast (which my friend said was a chick fil a sandwich and juice, that's it)
I still haven't even got my senior shirt, and when i do get it, I'm crossing out a couple names (oppsies)
The number of deans who will shit on these kids (who didn't want to go) is crazy, and the amount of peer pressure they give to you is actually insane.
But with that out the way, i want to ask a question.
How come i don't feel happy about these things? Am i the only one who wants to finish paying the required money for my senior fees and just get out already? I dont find the field trips fun and the constant asks of ''Why not, you're missing out on senior experience?'' are annoying.
I think being Editor in chief for Yearbook and in JROTC is good enough
