Mosquito slayer

When I had my phone out in the dark, I felt a bug land on my face as I was laying down. Before I saw a mosquito on my phone screen before that while I was in bed on YouTube. I'm currently typing on my phone in the dark, with my flashlight on, but the bitch won't come out. I had only come up upon the realization today (and confirmed that) mosquito is meant to mean "little fly." There should be an ón  the end because it's a pest.
