me and my bsfs story ₓ˚. ୭ ˚○◦˚.˚◦○˚ ୧ .˚ₓ

will be not including any of our fights bc it gives me too much second hand embarrassment to write 😭

ok so me and my bsf first met when i was in sixth grade and she was in fifth, we met because our bus driver seated us next to eachother. I remember our first bus ride together she spent the whole beginning of it talking to the person infront of us but my annoying ass kept butting into her convo. i complimented her pop-it (yes we were both fidget collectors at the time LMAO) and she spent the rest of the bus ride yapping about her pop-it. she left the bus and i was the last person on the bus... because I missed my stop 😭 i lived across the street from her. then we started talking everyday on the bus and soon she started inviting me to her house to play soccer in her backyard and use her swings, we were both annoying asf but we started getting rlly close.

and we spent a lot of time at my house too, we had gone in my basement to "ghost hunt" and I genuinely saw an extremely human like figure walk towards me during that and I still don't know what that was. everytime me and her would see the figure we'd immediately start screaming and sprint up the stairs together. this was only like two weeks after we first met, we'd became best friends very fast.

and we also loved being "✨c h a o t i c✨" as we would call it 😭 we would dress up in my old Halloween costumes and run around the house annoying everybody and playing music. as soon as encanto came out that year it got even worse, we would play "we don't talk about Bruno" and create hoverboard dance routines and preform them to our family. we made up inside jokes too like "mr fluffles likes you" and "meet me at our spot" which we would just say randomly and act like we were hilarious.

and during christmas that year, we started our yearly tradition of christmas sleepovers. this one was our first sleepover ever. it was the day before christmas eve, we had just gotten off the bus the day before break together. we had said our "meet me at our spot" thingy (our spot was our bus stop.. aka some random guys driveway) i waited out there and she came back with her bags for the sleepover, we came to my house and it started. our stepmom got us a sharkcoochie board (or however tf you spell it lmao) and we both had matching cups of hot chocolate. ofc i spilt my hot chocolate everywhere and me and her had the AUDACITY to ask for more hot chocolate afterwards (she said no) me and her both got eachother gifts too, she made me a card, some bracelets, and a card. i cant remember what i got her. me and her also went sledding a lot this winter, we would drink hot chocolate all the time and go to her swingset and just hang out.

as soon as winter ended, and I mean the very CRACK of spring heading towards us, we both got excited for summer. everyday me and her would count down together and we got summer scrapbooks to document it. we started going in my pool everyday and i even taught her how to ride a bike that year. i remember me and her made these tiny frogs out of clay and we painted and decorated them together, we made homes in an empty strawberry container and would message eachother roleplaying as the frogs.

me and her also got very into the show she-ra together and would roleplay in my pool together as them. we would also beg our family to take us to this tiny pharmacy near our house because they sold candy,, we recorded almost all of it too. we had many sleepover and did lots of things.

i remember she had to go on a trip for a couple days and i had to leave for a trip once she got back, on my trip i ended up catching covid and i had to leave early. it was lowk a very horrible experience but i called her a bunch. this caused me and her to spend two weeks away from eachother, which we had never done before and we got very excited to reunite. we made mystery bags and the rule was we had to only use things from home. me and her decorated the bags and it was very fun, both bags had a crap ton of stuff in it.

and ik i had a lot of sleepovers that summer with her but my favorite was in late august. me and her spent like the whole time screaming and causing "✨c h a o s✨" we chose to do kareoke in my room at like 11pm and played a couple of songs before deciding we wanted to play "take a hint" from victorious on repeat for hours. we used my phone to play the lyrics and did fucking dances too?? it was weird but i think of her when the song plays all the time. we got told to quiet down multiple times by my family but we just didnt. 

my birthday that summer was cool too, i had a party with this snake organization that had different reptiles and lizards, I loved those. she was there and we had a pretty fun time.

when seventh grade started for me and sixth grade started for her, we honestly got really excited for fall. she dressed up as glimmer and i dressed up as catra (both from she-ra) to match. we went to her schools halloween thing even though i left the school before, she was still in it and so was my younger brother. we rp'ed as she-ra a lot. later in around november, me and her designed flyers for a raking business we decided to start and stayed up late to make them. me and her went around the neighborhood to put them in peoples mailboxes (me and her now know thats illegal so we stopped doing it) and we got one customer, we actually stayed up kinda late to rake their lawn and it was rlly fun even though that was probably a bad idea.

also we have had fights b4 but we always resolve them rlly well, usually me or her will message or say we have a problem w something and we'll just talk it out and find a solution and move on

we lowkey talked less that year because that was the year we separated schools :(

our christmas sleepover that year was fun tho, we did it at her house and did kareoke and made hot cocoa, we also gave eachother gifts and just had a fun time. we did get into a small fight at like 3am but I will not be going into detail bc it gives me too much second hand embarrassment (bc why tf did i start crying i was doing to much fr 😭)

we didn't honestly start hanging out again til the summer where we only hung out like five times 😔 but my fav part was this weekend we had. on friday me and her went to a waterpark and went on a lot of rides together, my brother and his friend went with us and we did have fun. on saturday i had my birthday but i decided to have a small one that year with only her and my other friend, vanessa. she was actually so rude this party tho but she apologizes for it so much and says she doesn't know what got into her 😭. we had some fun tho lol. on sunday me and her went to a diff amusement park but we were both kinda tired from the days before honestly.

we basically did not hang out at all during the school year until the end of it. she helped me through a lot of friend drama n shi and im so heavily grateful for her bc i do NOT think id survive the end of 8th grade without her. shes a lifesaver fr 😍

and the most recent story i have w her was around a week ago, me and her decided to hang out around 4pm and we yapped a lot. once my family left we went into the pool and swam for a bit before the water got cold and we went inside to drink hot cocoa, we (FOR ONCE) didnt break my hot cocoa machine and we did microwave marshmallows together. we ended up going outside again to get jumbo marshmallows from her house (my deepest apologies for the guy who was walking on the sidewalk who got jumpscared by me and her sprinting across the street while giggling) and we came back, we left our hot cocoa in the living room and went back to the pool. we took pics w the pretty sunset and started making tiktoks once it got dark, we stayed out til around 10pm and it was rlly fun 

anyways that's it and I did not include all the stories bcuz that would have been a book long lmao

here's some other things we did w/out the details included: 

we made an improv play and tried to preform it to the family, went to barnes & noble twice, made fun of my little brothers friends in the neighborhood a crap ton of times, had sleepovers like once a month for two years, spilt slime all over the carpet and spent hours cleaning it up together (my dad never found out), broke the hot cocoa machine almost every time we've used it, went sledding every winter, walked around the neighborhood looking and catching frogs and toads at like 10pm, annoying tf out of our bus the first year we were friends, and a LOT more
