Don't let people tell you who to vote for

I'm not gonna take a position online about what way my own vote went (I already voted).

But reading about this on a forum and it's a wider point.

Don't feel you "have" to vote a certain way cos someone told you to.

This happens on the net where the people don't know you.

It also happens in families and between spouses. 

It's legal to say "I think you should vote for" if you understand it's just an opinion. It's not legal to try to take a vote from someone. 

If someone gives you their opinion and it's not yours, go with your own feelings/thoughts.

That's the point of a democracy. We all get a vote.
