Idk how my Uni expects me to learn 6-7 months worth of content in three weeks and then determines my grade based on one timed final exam??

I am literally just a boy, and I'm an increasingly inattentive one at that. Like, who thinks that
determining my entire grade on a 30-question quiz for a three-week class is a good idea?
Who decided this? Who approved this? Who will pass this?
I need everyone to perform some deep ahh witchcraft so I can pass this.
