END OF SEMESTER + concert pics ^w^

YAY!!

Finishing the first semester of 2024! Feels like a lot of things have happened but none at the same time. I found a lot of new friends on campus, participated in different music projects, played basketball, skated a bit...

Been learning Java! Before changing from telematics civil engineering to informatics engineering (computer science), I've only worked with C++ on Arduino microcontrollers (related to telematics projects and other nerd stuff :3).

This semester, they made me work on databases and advanced coding practices, connect Java projects to MySQL, webpages, Spring Boot, statistics... etc

Making this post because today I got some great grades, got a 6.1 on both advanced coding and database access exams, and got a 7 in the final database project (in Chile, 7 is the highest grade lol).

Also, gonna share some pics from me playing at my university's winter festival. I got in a band called "Motorbreath" and played some Megadeth and Metallica covers on the main stage ^w^ (fun fact: Bad Bunny played here in 2017 hehe X3).

I'm also in another band called "Gran Torino" where we compose our own songs. We've only recorded and posted one, but there are at least 7 more in the making >.< You can listen here if you want! I'm on the drums in this band (｡◕‿‿◕｡).

And there's another project me and some friends want to start after finishing this semester, hope it works! :3
