Space exploration ambitions

South Korea has made a significant stride in its space exploration ambitions with the establishment of a new space agency, the Korea AeroSpace Administration (KASA). This move is part of the country’s broader strategy to compete in the global space race, South Korea Launches New Space Agency Aiming to Land on Moon and Mars by 2045. The agency, led by former aerospace engineering professor Yoon Young-bin, will spearhead the country’s space development efforts.
