i NEED dopamine detox

this is jail...  been too addicted to my phone for.. YEARS.. i don't remember a time where my phone wasn't apart of my day... so... might need to actually put that ho down.

i use spacehey on my laptop whenever i'm home specifically so perhaps this cld be my moment to lock into life and only come on here to post stupid stuff

no hand on stimulating music in my everyday commute to work and no youtube with my meals and no doomscrolling on twitter.. i'll have to pick up some hobbies and put my physical dvds to actual use now lol
