why am i so bummed about the same realizations over, and over?

people are too caught up in their own problems to help you with yours.

it always comes back.

it always comes back worse.

no matter how much you try to change, you always end up falling back down.

so many of the same realizations, yet they make me just as sad as they did years ago.
