something is ringing upstairs help

My upstairs neighbors aren't home (i think) and there's a rightone going on and on in their house AAAAH IT'S SO LOUD AND ANNOYING HELP!!! It's been ringing for like an hour, at first i thought my parents left their phone in our house and it's ringing, but they didn't and now that little shhhhhee is beeping and beeping help me, i want to jump off the balcony :DDDD
