short thoughts abt stuff i want to talk about more in depth but i dont have time ;p

angels egg (OVA - 1985): if we forgot about where we come from, what are we living for now? what is the purpose of our existence?…beautiful film, awesome animation, excellent atmosphere and it left me empty and sad :D. 8.5/10 i must warn you it is very slow and nothing rlly happens, but man this is an experience, please give it a try

la casa lobo (movie - 2018): i cant believe the event this is based on actually happened. this is horrifying and melancholic. i want to watch it again to fully appreciate it since i feel like i missed out the experience bc i kept closing the tab of the film whenever i heard footsteps lol ;-;. btw my respects to the people who did this film it must have been a nightmare to animate, but it turned to be incredibly unique <3

yume nikki (videogame - 2004): the most mysterious, intriguing and fascinating game i’ve ever played. i absolutely love exploring all of the areas of this games and finding out new stuff about it. the atmosphere and visuals are beautiful, the storyline is simple yet the stuff you can find in this game is awesome. i want to make theories of this SO BAD. i must say too that this is slow and it might seem pointless, but again, is something worthy to experience :D (ily nasu)

your name (movie - 2016): suzume is better. or maybe i just need to re-watch it.the animation was beautiful and the worldbuilding was interesting, but my problem is the relationship between taki and mitsuha…idk, it wasn’t very convicing to me, i still dont get how tf were they in love, it just felt rushed and without proper build up, and this ended up affecting the whole movie since well…their relationship is the main focus lol. i think i’ll rewatch it and then i’ll tell you what i think about it hehe.
