Spacehey is meant to be a MySpace clone and a nostalgic social media platform from the early 2000s. Not Twitter where drama and cancel culture is running rampant.
As a leftie who is very against cancel culture, doesn't kneel down to callouts and is against internet censorship, this site is really becoming like Twitter / Tumblr / TikTok.
I joined this site to escape cancel culture, not to be greeted on the Blog Entry page with callout posts.
I don't care about any drama involving someone texting someone what, I do not care if someone said the F slur to someone in IMs, hell, i even don't even care if someone's a kid diddler or a animal diddler, I'm tired of seeing callout posts on this site. Leave them on Twitter, don't put them on a site based on a early internet site that had no callouts, no DNIs, nothing that we have in this day of age at that time. Thanks.
I don't support or defend anyone being a animal/kid diddler at all, callouts are so unnecessary on this platform, period. It's becoming spam at this point.
Honestly, the mods need to step up their fucking game and ban callouts and any blogs involving internet drama no one gives a shit about, this site is meant to be a MySpace-esque platform, not Twitter or TikTok or Tumblr.

I think it makes sense when there is no doubt that someone is committing a crime and putting some of the users in a dangerous situation
I'll be honest with you - if someone's committing a crime the best course of action is telling the mods and then telling the IRL mods (anonymous tipline - there are several online). If you give them a chance to delete evidence - they're gonna delete the evidence, and then there might not be enough to convict if they do get charged.
I remember when the Zoo Crew leaks happened in 2018 - sure there were the known suspects that panicked - there was a covert event that no one talks about where a lot of the people that weren't originally implicated, but were orbiting the leaks, started deleting everything that they thought could implicate them.
Callout posts are for clout, plain and simple. If someone's doing something illegal, and immoral, and fucked up - just tell the feds and wait for them to handle it. There are plenty of Task Force Officers willing to die on the hill of locking up dogfuckers and pedophiles.

a lot of these posts are just kids trying to be more like adults, but they (thankfully) don't have real newsmakers for this.
