No, the Jan 6 surge did not have nazi flags, just far-right extremist flags, groups, and symbols. Not sure why we're mentioning Trump but ok. Trump had was liable for "battery" not "sexual assault" or "rape." Jean Carroll could not prove that there was evidence of penetration.
