HIIII!!! today is one of those days when you feel better than usual, which i really like.
ive been thinking about things i want to work on, and here they are!
- telling myself that people dont care about how i look as much i think they do
- eating only when i am physically hungry, and trying to not overeat
- try to eat balanced meals (im a picky eater so this part is more complicated than i anticipated..)
- telling myself that i am still growing so my weight shouldnt exactly be my top priority, im only 13 so i still have a LONGGG way to go with my body
- JOURNaLInGG!! im gonna try to write here more often, since writing physically can be annoying since my hands cant write as fast as my thoughts ( ;∀;)
so basically, im trying to fix my low self esteem and "ed" (im trying to not self diagnose here, so so sorry TnT) since it's literally messing me up. it's ruining my daily life, so i want to get rid of it. i want to be a better person for ME, so i dont end up killing myself by the time im 18
but either way, that MIGHT happen, there's definitely a possibility for that one. my brothers taking a shower so im gonna take a shower once he's done, and in the meantime i decided to write this! i LOVE hot showers so much AAAAAAAAA
i also love yapping, im kind of a professional at it tbh ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
i have a dentist appointment tomorrow so i get to miss school!! YAYY
and im also going to the city this weekend with my brother and our friends, so im really excited for that. we're going CLOTHES SHOPPINGGGG!!!! i literally love shopping so much omgomgomg
anyway my brothers done in the shower now, so i gtg- BYEEE REMEMBER TO TRY AND TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF AS WELL!! <3333
