Did light arms today. Bench press feels weird.
I am officially back at it. I took a couple weeks off for various reasons.
I have not been tracking my work outs this month. I have been in a holding pattern due to a bunch of things happening at the same time.
Luckily I never fully stopped. I have only been doing short workouts this month.
The new plan needs to be edited but it seems to be working for the most part.
I am having that weird issue with my shoulder again.
Keeping the workouts short, intense and fun has been the right move. It’s much easier to make time for the gym if you actually want to go.
Also I started creatine a week ago. Seems to be worth it so far.
