How do I tell my friend they smell

My friend of 9 years has been smelling so bad recently and its actually concerning me. She's literally a normal girl but istg she never showers or brushes her teeth. Shes beautiful though, dont get me wrong. her breath is the worst part actually, i can smell it even when her mouth isnt open. i dont know how to tell her, im usually really honest and straightup with things but we have been friends for so long and were just kinda drifitng within friend groups so its kinda awkward
