It's always this time

So basically, everytime at dinner. I will never be able to speak. When I do, It's either 1, I'm talked over or 2, I get ignored. Well it's not always at dinner, mostly at dinner. I'm often ignored and I'm sick of it. They don't realize I'm speaking which I understand. But no matter how loud I try to speak. I'm ignored or talked over. I can't speak my own mind often. I don't mind it, its just annoying though.
