Ranting about Free Healthcare and Socialism :D

In my honest opinion I think that Socialism and Communism are stupid. Besides that, Free Healthcare is also very stupid in my opinion. MAny privileged Americans wish that they could have free healthcare when in reality our healthcare system, all though flawed, is better. In A free healthcare society you would have to wait up to TWO years for life saving medications and treatments. And many privileged Americans in their middle class houses sipping out their Stanley cups would argue that Free healthcare is better but in reality, you guys just do not want to work ^__^. If I have to see one more millennial in the middle class sitting in their Tesla car preaching about how socialism is better when their Disney adult consumerist mindset is very anti socialist, I might rip off my skin. How about they do other things like donate to charities and think about their privilege instead of whining that they have to make frappuccinos and refreshers all day at Starbucks. Also, there are many things that help low income families get medical care and get back on their feet, I do not believe that these White Millenials have the right to whine when they are some of the highest on the food chain in the USA.

sure - the existance of a (stupidly rich, hypocritical) privileged group of people calling for change without doing shit exists.

does that mean that the current amounts of people who suffer from homelessness, mental illness, inaffordability, wouldn't be helped by free healthcare? fuck no. the american healthcare system is fucked, i'm not even american and i can tell. when big pharma fucks over your bills and you're too poor to afford a ambulance ride because "free healthcare is dumb," you know somethings wrong.

people want to work; they can't work; people need healthcare; they can't get it.

free healthcare and private healthcare can and do exist at the same time in many countries. often people use both but for different things. for some people, choosing between free and private means choosing between longer waiting times and a loss of some money, for others the choice is about being able to be treated at all. both have their advantages and disadvantages so to say “this one is better so we shouldn’t have the other at all” doesn’t seem like the best option

My mother literally has to travel to India just to be able to get her heart and lungs examined. She shouldn’t have to travel to India just to get her heart and lungs examined.
