This might be the most possibly weird question I might have asked in regards to Furries. Please do not take this as a offence or anything but I am just curious. Are you a furry? Or if you know someone who is hit me up!! I just want to make new friends in the fandom

I don't identify as one personally, but I was big into Brony culture for a good while - my friends say that's furry-adjacent lol.
I do have close friends that are really into it! One of them built a suit called a "protogen", a sort of cyborg furry. Unfortunately, he's since moved hundreds of miles away. There's an annual furry convention at a hotel near where I live I've been a few times.
Basically, as someone who's gay in the southern U.S., I consider them cultural-allies in a way. Both weird minorities just trying to be happy, so there's some friendly overlap.
Thank you so much for telling me!! I am new to the fandom. That's awesome though, I live in Arizona and we have a lot of conventions. Ive never been to a furry one so hopefully someday I get to go!
