The Disrespectful Romanticism of Vampires

Something I've noticed not only in this specific social board but many others too is the delicate topic that is Vampires. Often commoners around my age parading around spouting out nonsense about being a Vampire, or simply acting and looking like one. I find this to be often enforcing Vampire stereotypes. Such as insanely pale skin, having the habits of a shut-in...and dare I even say..Being allergic to garlic and incapable of touching silver?! Such offensive stereotypes that these commoners never even think about before running their poor mouths. This may seem insensitive but if I were to see one of these kinds of people being attacked by a rampaging Vampire I doubt I'd help them. They most likely brought it upon themselves with such disrespectful hogwash. I've even heard some of these folk say...V*mp?!! The actual word that must not be said by humans unless they're being offensive on purpose?!! It's so disgusting. Please, anyone reading this, I beg of you poor common folk. STOP making Vampires some sort of aesthetically pleasing life choice.
