yfm disbandment (yes i alr know they came back)

i think we know about the your favorite martian disbandment back in 2012, becuz of the dispute between ray william johnson and the partner company he was working with that funded the production of yfm.

it had 2 do with maker studios wanting a higher share of revenue and full intellectual property of yfm from ray and he refused

therefore causing maker cutting the funding for maker, and discontinued yfm as a whole

im not ENTIRELY sure how ray got yfm back, im sure he explained it somewhere

but i wonder what the songs on the album sounded like, considering they were hyping the album a lot back then

and a lot of their songs from that era are kinda gud

jupiter was my fave, i liked the benetar (jesse cale) solo songs, solo parts

sucks 2 know that we'll never find out considering maker got sold to disney so its like

technically iTS intellectual property or something like that.

yfm came back on june 1st of 2022 which was almost 2 years ago
