Currently bedridden with cramps, so I decided to just get this done before I pass out and wait for the pain to pass lol
11. Have you ever taken martial arts classes?
Yes, a few times when I was a kid. I kind of want to get back into it, but all the classes in my area are for kids :/
12. Does your life tend to get better or worse or does it just stay the same?
What kind of question is this? Of course it doesn't stay the same, but you just notice more positive or negative things as it goes on. Good things and bad things happen, simple as that.
13. Does time really heal all wounds?
It certainly doesn't hurt.
14. How do you handle a rainy day?
I love rainy days. I just stay inside, get some tea, and pick up a good book or movie.
15. Which is worse: losing your luggage or having to sort out tangled holiday lights?
Losing your luggage, definitely. I actually love sorting and untangling things, and losing all my stuff is my absolute worst nightmare.
16. How is your relationship with your parents?
Difficult. My dad's a retired cop who for some reason still supports Trump and is always looking to start a debate. My mom, I thought I had a good relationship with since she confides in me about everything, but since my chronic pain started getting worse, it's become more strained. She keeps telling me I "need to deal with my pain better" and not just stay in bed when it gets bad (when usually that's all I can do), and at the same time tells me not to rely on my cane to get around. I'd say I can't wait to move out, but they've honestly done so little to raise me to be independent that I kind of don't know what I'm going to do. It's a little pathetic honestly, I mean, I can't even drive.
Will you miss them when they are gone?
That's an even more difficult question. Most likely yes, but there will be some relief too. I'm not looking forward to taking care of them and I'll probably just send them to a retirement home.
17. Do you tend to be aware of what is going on around you?
This is a vague-ass question, and the answer is that it depends. Sometimes I'm hyperaware of the tensions and emotions around me and I notice details others don't, and other times I'm completely oblivious.
18. What is the truest thing that you know?
The universe is ruled by dualities. That's my belief about the meaning of the universe and I'm never going to lose it.
19. What did you want to be when you grew up?
I've always wanted to be a writer as far back as I can remember.
20. Have you ever been given a second chance?
Duh, who hasn't? I know this is probably looking for a story, but I can't think of one off the top of my head.
