There's this game i love called pocket mirror. It has a very small fandom and i would love it to grow because we barely have content about it. It has a precuel called little goody two shoes.

Okay so recommendation-wise I'm biased towards games that I've played (obviously.) So I'd say Phighting! (on Roblox), Slime Rancher, Dialtown (if you like dating sims + if you liked DSAF, since it's by the same person), Hollow Knight (even if you're afraid of bugs- I have a terrible fear of them and [aside from Deepnest] it's still a fun game), and Stardew Valley!
On notes of the games I've played (trying to remember the things you've listed) I've played lots of MC! (Java, specifically.)

Have you tried Terraria modded? Try calamity or another huge mod, they add a lot of content so you can enjoy the game again! Also obligatory stardew valley if you haven't played it yet.
