my take on respect

i respect everyone equally. age doesnt impact how much or how little i respect someone. i respect an elder as much as i respect my classmate. but that doesnt mean i owe anybody respect, especially if theyre disrespectful to me. respect is earned, even in adults so literally nobody should expect to be automatically respected ever. idk thats my take though!
