I have always been wary of saying Im a therian because,,I dont know,, But it would make sense, cus I do feel like Im a bear in the body of a girl 
.... I guess I thought therians were something different, mostly just past life stuff.. I never thought I was a bear in a past life, only a bear right now..If that makes sense lol.
So anyway.... i might be a Grizzly Bear therian!

I'm pretty sure you can be a therian without remembering a past life as an animal or whatever. It's really just... Having a non-human identity.
Some people have that spiritual past life experience, others don't.
So don't feel bad using the label. Or you can just say you're a bear idk
