Two faced ppl

There is this girl who went w us to drink at a pub and I got so drunk that I couldn't even walk and that girl helped me around. She was pretty friendly, she always said hi to me, talked to each other about random topics and turns out last year when I looked ugly, she made fun of me in a group chat, Im not really mad because she said I have a big ear and called me dumbo even tho my ear didn't even was visible on none of the pic? I found it funny but yeah, I feel disgusted bc of her behavior.
